No DRAM, but at 8TB, you shouldn't be using this as an OS drive anyways.

I'm surprised this doesn't have more reviews at Amazon. The one bad review I saw complained about sustained write speeds: but that's an issue with every NVMe drive. They can write fast to a cache (e.g. SLC), but once the cache is full, they slow down.

I want for 16TB drives to come out soooo bad. Just have an NVME only NAS. Would be fantastic.

NAND is YMTC, controller is Maxio MAP1602.

The controller is found on higher end drives, per Borecraft's SSD buying guide [borecraft.com].
