The OP was very clear NOT to use more than $5 in Wags Cash towards your order. If you use $10 you WILL NOT EARN the $15 wags cash, no way, no how.
PLEASE READ the op before asking questions that were clearly outlined in MY OP at post time. I try to cover all the bases regarding what to do and not to do to make the deal fly.
As for the person who had 2 of 3 cancelled, you'll only be charged for the 1, so about $14, thus if you got $15 wags cash for the one, you made out very well. (your order should have been prorated and the $3 off Q should have hit the ONE you did pay for. So thinking you'll get charged $14, not $17 + tax.
And yes, you can submit other receipts for other P&G stuff to apply for the rebate. Just remember, if that $3/1 Charmin Q did hit your order, that does count against the total towards $50 oop spend pre tax.

what's the problem
If you follow the OP directions to a tee, it works out fine. You'll get the $15 Wags Cash right away assuming no cancellations and then you apply for the P&G website.
$65 worth of toilet paper for $20 net is worth 5-10 minutes of your time.
edit: what a joke. somehow I ended up getting a walgreens gift card instead of visa prepaid card on the first rebate and then on the second I got the visa. I bet it's because they had that dropdown say walgreens by default back then and I thought it was just showing it was from walgreens and not that it was sending a walgreens card. It now has visa prepaid by default, but I bet it didn't then.
