These were put on clearance at least a couple of months ago. There was a single store near me that had 6 or so. I bought one for my son who decided he did not need it. I was surprised how long it took me to sell it on marketplace.

They seem to have mixed reviews and I imagine why it was lonely in the clearance bin. For me, it is still an improvement on the aging 6-1/2" top handle DeWalt I have for most things. IMO this is great if you do not have one and have M18 batteries, or will get into them. Otherwise Makita as the more expensive option is great, Ryobi for the price is probably better buy for most people.
