Nothing fake or dangerous here — just normal shelf-stable food chemistry.
Here's what's really in it, where it comes from, and how safe it is (0 = harmless / natural, 5 = potential concern if eaten constantly in large amounts):
Chicken Salad:
Cooked chicken – actual chicken meat, fully cooked. (0/5)
Water – moisture for texture. (0/5)
Soybean oil – common plant oil used in mayo. (1/5) (only issue is for people avoiding seed oils).
Distilled vinegar – fermented grain alcohol, adds tang and preservation. (0/5)
Modified food starch – corn or potato starch thickened by heat or enzymes. (1/5) (very safe).
Egg yolks – from eggs, emulsify the mayo. (0/5)
Salt – mined or evaporated sodium chloride. (2/5) (high sodium if eaten often).
Celery, sugar, dehydrated onion – natural flavoring vegetables. (0/5)
Textured soy flour – ground soybeans processed for protein texture. (1/5) (fine unless allergic).
Glucono delta lactone – made from fermenting glucose; adjusts pH and preserves. (1/5) (GRAS by FDA).
Crackers:
Enriched wheat flour – milled wheat with added B-vitamins and iron. (0/5)
Canola/sunflower oil – pressed plant oils for crispness. (1/5)
Sugar / corn syrup – sweetener from corn or beet sugar. (2/5) (just don't overconsume sugar in general).
Leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate) – natural baking salts that release CO₂. (0/5)
Butter & natural flavor – dairy fat for flavor. (0/5)
Soy lecithin – emulsifier from soybeans. (1/5) (common, safe).
Salt – flavor and preservative. (2/5) (again, sodium only risk with excess).

However, I'm worried that the expiration date is nearly over hence the sale. If I can get at least one year storage out of them then it would have been an incredible bargain IMO.
Regardless, I'm in for 10 packs shipped at $4.50 x 2 (20 total for $9; twenty seems the max you can purchase); thanks OP. Decided not to use the 20% off coupon as it doesn't stack and perhaps it could be better used on another deal...
Haven't bought any of these in a while, so I am in for 10.
