if it's the XT2405V , the v for verizon edition which total wireless is a subsidiary of verizon and the 2405 being the 2024 edition of the moto edge

than these are the various frequency bands if one wants to port out once unlocked to t mobile or at&t

Grab your phone, open the phone app, as if you're about to call someone, open the keypad and enter in the identical keys as he stated "*#*#4636#*#*" If you still can't do this, I would enter that same string (in quotes above), obviously leaving out the quotation marks at the beginning & end, into Googles search bar, then clicking search. I'm sure you'll find something helpful in that list of results..Hopefully..
