I'll revise this comment to say that the Q990D (I originally missed that this is the Q990F), which was the top soundbar before this, goes on sale semi-often for between $680-$799. Granted those prices are almost always through the Samsung EPP store. So, not everyone can get it that cheap. A lot of people do qualify, though. A lot of employers partner with Samsung.

This is basically the same sale on Woot that was on maybe a couple of weeks ago for $927.99. The price was bumped up to this a few days ago, I think.

I've never seen the F version go down to that price is that right? I know the D version yes.
