Agreed - and I bought this at $1200 a few months ago and it was one of the cheaper 5080s micro center carried over the summer.

It should be, yes. You can usually undervolt with little to no loss of fps and save a bunch of power in the bargain, just look up tutorials on how to do it and you can have it done in 20 minutes.

Bought this a little less than a month ago at $1050, Just went in today to do the price protection and got 70 dollars back. They also sent me a code for Arc Raiders. Does anyone have a 5070TI or 5000 series that wants the code? I already redeemed the Borderlands 4 one and wish I had waited for the Arc Raiders, I'd likely play Arc, I dont think I'm going to touch Borderlands 4. If you want the code message me. You have to redeem via the Nvidia app.

Great card though, Going up from a 3080TI it's a nice jump.

Have a Corsair 850W Gold, and before that an AresGaming one that was F tier. Both worked and I undervolted both my 3080TI and 5080. Atm the 5080 is only pulling 300-330 watts @ 935mV running 3000MHz. Overclocked and undervolted. It's beautiful. You'll be fine.

I got the non RGB PNY $929 deal. Running Path tracing with FGX2 at 110 Fps on Cyberpunk. These card OC easy to 3200Mhz easy. Once you go path tracing you cannot go back.
