Feel like it's really important to call out this only includes the mower itself, no battery or charger. If you own other tools that use this platform/batteries or you can find batteries on the cheap it may be worth it, but otherwise you're going to have a very large paperweight when this arrives.
ETA: OP added the Tool Only to the title, which is great!

even then, you may still soon end up with a large paperweight. This isn't a very prolific line that's been around too long, and seems to be clearing out. Gives me craftsman V60 vibes from about 5yrs or so ago. Great deals but the batteries didn't last and replacements were pretty much non existent rendering them paper weights in just 2-3yrs.

Yep. Not a very diverse collection of tools, either, which means whatever batteries you have for it won't necessarily have many uses.

I like Toro - I have a 30+ year old Toro rider, a ~6 yr old 30" Timemaster, and their 824QXE snowblower - all great... but I definitely wouldn't expect this to have the same sort of platform longevity that Milwaukee has ensured theirs have had (20 years in the case of the M18). I wonder if Toro will even be in the battery powered tools game 3 years from now.
