Word of warning, though! Aliexpress 'Free Returns' are a complete SCAM. They will not honor it. If anything is wrong they will make you pay for return shipping, which on an item like this is quite expensive. Buy at your own risk.
EDIT:
Pulling any of my recommendations for Flashforge. They have come out on record that they are monitoring what your print at home and will alert the police if they think you are printing anything illegal
Dont support this police state garbage:

For a Newb yes this printer is practically maintence freeand levels quickly . Also fast and if you are looking to print small designs to improve your storage or need certain prints . Go on thingy verse , you can pretty much print anything you want on there . Just don't expect to make a huge cosplay mask
I finally got done printing the enclosure kit from amazon. you can buy it for 16.00 ,
took almost 2 rolls of pet g but was a PITA let me tell you..
The pieces are huge
If you have the money just get the 5m pro already encased. Totally worth it for 90 bucks more
I own two now and they are great printers and fast. I recommend everyone slow down your prints about 40-50mm/s for larger prints , and make sure you use brim ,and tree support when needed. I like to do inner and outter brim about 8mm width .
glue is not needed but they give you a stick. i will never use it.
Always level before large prints or when turning on the machine and if you move the printer do the vibration calibration.
i love this thing, if we could get the bambu p2s for 619 with AMS 2 but might have to wait a year until that happens. Definitly not buying the old p1s tech and design
p2s is superior
It is amazingly way better than the stock with no enclosure and so i ordered another kit to do my second.
kits are 16.00 on amazon warehouse deals
So much quieter ,
gets nice and toasty inside to print this winter = better prints.
i can host photos if anyone cares to see it
glue is not needed when you select PETG Basic
I never used the glue.
Even on the outside prints on the bed where it will stick less you should be using "support" Brim at 8mm , 5mm is default..
You should always do a level check when turning on the machine or starting a large print.
70c is the bed temp and 255c i believe is the nozzle for pet G
basic setting which i used to print my entire enclosure kit
Do not use glue ever , not needed unless you are making something huge maybe and dont want any issues after a 2 day print maybe?
i find that brimm takes care of everything to hold it down

I agree, the kit does reduce noise. It also keeps dust off the print bed when not in use. I used PLA vs PETG for my build. It might matter if I printed high temp materials but I'm strictly PLA so I've had no issues. I also changed the default fill settings for the top parts. They were rather dense for something that just needs to hold the top cover. Net result was a savings in time and I printed the whole thing with 1 roll of PLA. One change I wish they had, (and one I would be tempted to do if I were to print it again) I would probably try to modify the design to leave the display screen in the stock location where it was very secure. The new location isn't mounted as securely and I could see it getting bumped off one day.
The Pro version cost something like $90 more. When the enclosure kit was $30-40+$15 in filament I would be very tempted to just get the Pro since it comes with a second (different) nozzle and a few other nice features. For $26 total it's easier to say stick with the 5M for those on a tighter budget. Both are really nice printers.

I spent alot of time cleaning up the pieces though which is a pain because of the supports. Overall though well worth the money. if they had the 5m pro for 200 shipped id be all over it. but i think they are going for 240+ . Great printers. I still prefer the custom enclosure kit with petg , because the top is expanded taller than the 5mpro.. I may do the light mod next. but for 240.00 is a ok price , but at that point id rather just get the bambu p1s enclosed. Bigger bed and supposedly build to last. I did not opt for it this year because i am going to get the p2s eventually so flashforge will need to up their game in the next 12 months.

Edit: Nevermind, its available again. That said, I went with the pro for ~$56 more.

70 bucks more roughly shipped for the pro
enclosure kits are 16.00 on amazon warehouse deals sold by flashforge. they come basically new never used just a damaged box.
nozels are around 15
takes about 20.00 of Petg to make the enclosure.
filter and lights and camera is on the pro
sounds like it's worth it to just get the pro .
