You can get alixpress ones that have replaceable nozzle tips for around $15, same as m4 bambulab replacement type. Works perfectly on mine.

I recently bought this printer and have been very happy with it.

Word of warning, though! Aliexpress 'Free Returns' are a complete SCAM. They will not honor it. If anything is wrong they will make you pay for return shipping, which on an item like this is quite expensive. Buy at your own risk.

Outstanding price. Look out for nozzles though, they are proprietary and very pricey. Like $30 a piece.

EDIT:

Pulling any of my recommendations for Flashforge. They have come out on record that they are monitoring what your print at home and will alert the police if they think you are printing anything illegal

Dont support this police state garbage:

Yep, I am happy with the Pro. Apparently, I got an additional $40 off by paying with PayPal:

Subtotal
$288.37
Shipping
Free shipping
Promo codes
-$32.00
Payment discount
-$40.00
Total
$216.37
Showing $258 for me with the $32 promo applied. Paypal not giving me any off. As usual, I cannot purchase something if a single person ever paid less.

I assume no enclosure? Photos seem misleading
What does it being enclosed make a difference?

You can print with stronger filaments that require higher printing temperatures (e.g. ABS). Also, the Pro comes with air filters, so you need to worry less about ventilation.

If the cost difference isn't important to you I would go with the 5X. I really like the 5M but it seems like the 5X's early bugs have been addressed and at this point the only drawbacks to the 5X vs 5M would be cost, perhaps a slight speed difference, the DIY enclosure kit for the 5M is a bit nicer/more compact. The ability to select from materials already loaded is nice. The ability to finish off one spool and start the next without an intervention is nice. Oh, if you are really interested you can also do mulit-color.

When the cost difference is $150-300 it's easier to say, single material. With the cost difference being this small, much easier to go ahead and get the multi-color.

Search "18% cash back AliExpress" for the purple site.
Def the way to go got this printer back when they had 30% CB. After coupon code , CB and referral bonuses end up getting the printer for $18 plus tax . Posted it at the time but got taken down because I mentioned a "competitor's site".

I've never used a 3D printer my dad kind of dealt with iron Cad and a libre but I never really got into the whole engineering thing but I want to. Would this be a good printer to start off with?

Very good starting printer though for not too much more you might consider the AD5X. It's similar to this but multi color.

Check your credit card transactions if you bought anything from AliExpress and paid with PayPal recently. I got charged extra $10+ "transaction fee" on every purchase on my Chase card.

Apparently, they are incorrectly marked as cash advance.

This is not a new issue. If you google it, you'll find many people complaining about this issue.

I am new to 3D printing. How is this compared to the Flashforge AD5X multi-color printer deal posted last week?
