Uff, this is crazy pricing. 3x of these still beat the recent ECO-WORTHY 320Ah although that has a BT BMS, but at this price I could patch in a BT cell monitor and still come out ahead.

Is this a special deal or sign of things to come?

Are you buying more than one? Would it be possible to monitor all of them at the same time if only one was BT and the others were not if they were connected together?

I actually received two of these with Bluetooth a couple of days ago. The first one tested below capacity, so I am retesting now. The other one was a 12v 150v with Bluetooth. I will charge it tomorrow and test it for capacity. If the other does not test to capacity, I will be requesting a refund. Make sure you do your capacity test.

How do you test it? Would like to perform the test on mine, thanks

ecoworthy -might- be around in a few years

is a no name too cheap to be true going to be around when all the cells start to fail or radically drop capacity in a few years?

tariffs might disappear after November, depends how drunk on power the supremecourt actually is, wait and see

I think you would be in the same boat when both brands batteries fail around the same time.

What charger do you use to charge these? Can you use a car battery charger that can do lifepo4?

only buying one right now, may add a second later for another project. i believe each BMS will need bluetooth enabled to track anything beyond just voltage, which doesn't tell us much with lifepo4.

Lol, won't be able to test yours for you. Here is what I am using. Its a little tricky to get set up, but once you have it going, it works good.

It looks like proper 14.6V 10A chargers cost $15 and this would take 10h to charge. OTOH, I have a ton of assorted car battery chargers lying around. So I will use the car battery chargers and monitor the voltage

In reality, lithium batteries require a constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV) charging profile, where the current is held constant until the battery reaches a certain voltage level but car battery chargers are built for constant voltage charging profile, where the voltage is held constant and the current decreases as the battery charges.

After a few seconds of thinking and some measurements when this battery arrives, my car battery chargers should work, unless one of them has extra shenanigans like recondition/de-sulfation, which shouldnt be used here.

This wouldn't charge to 100% SOC though.

If I wasn't on slickdeals, I would have coughed up the $15 or $50 or whatever proper LiFePO4 battery chargers cost.

What does the app show? Does it show anything more than the temperature and external voltage at the terminals?

Good pricing, but not good batteries. I got 2 last year and BMS never could connect, and app never worked. There is not even a QR code on battery for me to scan and find the batteries. And they do not hold charge well. Don't make my mistake and hating yourself for buying door stopper.

Edit: I use Eco-Worthy's 12-24V, 5-20A charger for those wondering what charger to use.

What was your application?

Does it come apart without force or is cutting/sawing/filing necessary to take the case apart?

Application: Adding more KWH to small backup systems like EcoFlow's Delta2 Max or Bluetti Elite 100V2 (via solar/DC input). Since I could not get BMS/App to work I took hourly then daily multi-meter reading and saw how it just does not hold charge. Pretty much had to have some maintainer/tender on it to keep it topped up when not in use.

Taking it apart: Did not try to take it apart like Will Prowse on Youtube. App says scan sticker on battery but no sticker of any kind on two batteries. Manual is below useless.

I don't have much faith in these batteries so I plan to just connect them to a 2000W inverter and mount them at the bottom of a mobile tool cart so I can run corded tools/recharging cordless ones.

I see. There should have been a sticker on both BT BMS batteries - did you inform the seller about this?

1. I am assuming you connect this battery to the "solar generator"'s XT60 or whatever "solar input" port?

2. If so, what guage wiring do you run from this battery to that port and how long is that cable?
