Newegg has the Core Ultra 5 245k with free CPU cooler for $190 after $35 discount.

The 265k is going for about $260 currently.

Note that this board has Intel wifi, which tends to be more reliable than Realtek and Mediatek which are often used on less expensive boards.

So hard to find cheap boards with 6x SATA ports anymore (for RAID) Asus makes one but it's 2x this price.

That's pretty wild, but for $60 I'd rather just put that money toward a board that has the ports.
