i think its a bit of a stretch to say that its way better marbled than USDA prime steaks from Costco. I bought the 10 pack deal that was posted a few months back. They cook and taste more like a prime steak (which is my preference) than a high grade A5. I only wish the steaks were cut thicker. With A5, you dont need or want them thick because they are prepared differently, but for these, you can cook them just like you would a normal steak.

My local Costco in nevada has raised its usda prime ribeye prices to 27.89! Insanity. This is def a better deal than Costco with the crazy high meat prices.
