Used product that might be missing parts, fell down or had water damage ..

Buying a cat in a bag used product for a discount is not a deal.

It's in excellent condition, probably meaning an open-box return which includes all the original accessories and box. Plus, they are still new enough that you can add Applecare+. If you want a discounted series 11 watch, this is the best deal available at the moment.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but I have had great luck with open box Watches. You can simply return it if it was unsatisfactory.
