No, I don't think it ever applies to coupon items or ITC discounts. But it usually does apply to yellow tag "Instant Savings" items.

I know that's true of regular coupons that they'll let you scan again, but do you know if you can reuse ITC deals, which are automatically applied to your purchase? Or is it linked to your account?

How many times a year do they run this coupon? Wondering if the $30 annual fee is worth it or not, considering you'll save about $7.50 if you purchase something for $25 exactly?

(and yes, if you could use it up to x5 times in a day, that's $37.50 - which pays for it, but ONLY IF (A) you're allowed to use it multiple times in that particular store, (B) you're buying things at/close to $25, and (C) you actually need something around the time the coupons come out.

Ask for the 2 year ITC in store. It is only $45. Definitely worth it.

A couple years back I had to pick up a bunch of tools for a job, pneumatic impact gun, sockets, etc etc. It was couple hundred in tools, many of which had ITC promo pricing, so I bit for a year. I think the savings was around $80, well worth the ITC membership, and even though I was only charged for one year they ended up giving me two. I did not renew after that. While I stop in often enough, I'm not sure that the savings on things i need would make it worth the $30 over a year, and I'm not interested in feeling the pressure to buy more things I may not necessarily need just to make the membership worth while. I'll likely only renew if I run into another particular purchase need where the ITC savings would pay for the membership.

I find their ITC membership price to be a bit odd. $30 is a bit high to be an impulse buy. I would think if they priced it at, say $19.99 per year, they would get a marked increase in uptake, and thus more repeat business from ITC members that would more than pay for the membership price drop.

I mean its also an option to get the membership for $45 for 2 years. $22.50 a year then.
