It's basically a B4 and those a year ago were $700 in Oct, $600 in Nov and $500 in Feb.

So I think we can expect this to hit $500 in November. I'm waiting for that.

Was about to purchase but saw my store had a 48'' c4 open box excellent for $320. Bought a 5 year extended warranty for $70.

i have an lg oled monitor, assuming the panel tech is the same compared to a samsung panel the colours don't "pop" quite as much (though still more than any other tech) but have better reproduction. i actually grew to like the lg oled panel style more.

i know its not exact, but i hope that helps somewhat, i'm also eyeing this tv to finally replace my plasma.

I have 2 LG B8's from 2018, a A2, and a Sony 77 A80L. LG panel's are excellent even if the Samsung panels have broader color. I have to imagine 8 year newer panels are even better even if it's the lowest tier OLED (i don't see the A series anymore)

The magic remote is polarizing; I bought a different LG OLED TV almost two years ago and returned it b/c I couldn't stand the pointer which activated/moved the screen as soon as I picked it up from the table. And no the many posted "tricks" for disabling the pointer didn't work past the next time I turned it on. YMMV.

You will regret it and hate the motion.

Wtf. I always use Firestick or Roku remotes so hopefully this won't matter.

He is exaggerating. It is not intrusive. It does not move the screen. It's like a mouse pointer. Hovers for a few seconds and deactivates if you keep still. Plus you can permanently disable it in settings.

Unfortunately no. The technology of OLED only allows these TVs to be used as 8th or 13th monitors.
