To each their own... I bought into the multi-head EGO stuff a year ago and regret it. You make a lot of sacrifices in tool ergonomics and functionality - and longevity. Personally, when it comes time to replace, I'll be buying standalone tools.

Honestly each tool has their own space of what they are good at so I can see both sides of the coin on that one but for $75 off I def. didn't mind trying it out instead of using my standalone tool.
