Okay, it's a bit confusing but do this: put the REGULAR PRICE item WITH the coupon in your cart. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE YET.....Go all the way to the "place order" page and THEN choose the subscribe and save link UNDER the item in checkout. If you only see the 5%, make sure you have the 5 S&S items already, THEN come back here and click "add to next deliver" to get the 15% (if you can't add to next deliver on your own)
I was having the same issues, this works, just did it 5 mins before this post. Works on other items where it seems you can't combine the S&S with the coupon on the item. Good Luck and YMMV 😉
