You buy a much bigger roof box, install it, then put this one inside of it.

Have had this for 5+ years under moderate use in all seasons of NE weather and it has been great. I would highly recommend it, especially at this price point. There is nothing remotely comparable at this price

We have had this for 5+ years, in all seasons of the PNW, and traveling cross-country (Wash., Idaho, Utah, Nevada, So. Cal), it has held up very well. It is very sturdy with good construction and we anticipate having it for many years to come. This is an incredible price, especially for post-COVID inflation.

Ok maybe not everyday but it's at my local Sierra multiple times throughout the year.

edit: it's not necessarily available every day but $450 is the regular price when it is there. my store had 3 in stock

You can find them in great condition for 300 or less. I got the 21 for cheap. Just need a few easy fixes. One knock against this model line is that that surface is dimpled. Makes it hard if you plan on painting it like I did. I painted mine blue. In a sea of cargo boxes on ski trips or camping trips. The parties l painted box is easy to spot.

Yeah I've had three of these, never any problems--take one 3,500 miles round trip at least once a year in the winter. My oldest one is at least 15 years old, same design but different attachment hardware. Just sold a well used one for $300 on craigslist so this is a great deal.

Does this qualify to get 10% cash back on if you're a member?
