I got a similar 2ft from National Tree Company last year through Amazon where I got the 2ft pre lit tree, Amazon Echo Pop and an Amazon smart plug for $20. The tree is ok, but unsure if it's worth $20

15 lights is not very many even on a 2' tree.

These are nice to put on a desk at work, in nursing home room, etc. Gives the vibes in a small space.

I place these exact trees all around our house at the holidays. They have held up very well. Each year I add another one or two. I bring one to my mother-in-law at her assisted living facility, and I bring one to my office. They are high quality, look lovely, and don't break. I like the timer feature as well. IME this is a good price - the $50 is a laughable comparison, but I've usually paid about $21-25 for the ones I have. Thanks OP.

Do you think they would stand up to outside use at the entrance to the house?

There's a big difference between a National Christmas Tree artificial tree and a dollar store tree. Buy the dollar store tree if that your preference. But don't knock National Christmas Trees until you've tried them. After being a natural tree traditional for 40 years I switched to artificial about six years ago. I now own a 6' and a 12' National Tree. I also own a couple small 4' dollar store type trees. These trees are total junk. Where as the National trees are first class. Difficult to tell it's an artificial tree once the tree is fluffed properly.

The Hobby Lobby tree is only 12 inches and unlit. Hardly a comparison to a National Tree Co. artificial tree.
