With free shipping assuming you're a member. I bought from there. I would definitely recommend Costco instead of Amazon as their warranty is much more resilient and presented in good faith.
Can recommend, the Costco set is fantastic and at $190 it's a very solid value. IMO it's essentially just as good as All-clad for most applications. The only thing this set is missing is a 12" frying pan, but you can pick one up for $25-50.

The floor model in Costco was made in China. I ordered the Sam's club version with it went on sale and it's the made in Brazil version
