The only thing I had wrong was the Velcro wore out that goes over the laptop, but that's about it.
Not seeing it in any of the pictures, but there is a "hidden" zipper compartment on the straps-side at the bottom. It can't be opened and reached in without you knowing it when you've got this on, so it gave huge peace of mind in sketchy tourist areas.
Hard to go wrong picking one up at this price, so I'm in for another.
It's worth spending the extra ~$5 to get this in a color that isn't grey.
