I tried twice to order this, and both came folded in half, creating unrepairable misshapen bag.

I've had this for almost 3 years and it works great. Don't remember how it came but if there were creases, they're long gone. Very spacious (can fit 2 laptops, tablet and various other stuff with room to spare). The horizontal strap across the back is nice to attach it to the handle of a carry-on suitcase, and it has plenty of compartments to try and stay organized. It is a little on the heavy side, so I tend to use it mostly for travel and have another, lighter-weight bag (Herschel) that I use when commuting.

I bought this one about a month ago for $20. Its extremely sturdy and much deeper than a regular bookbag. This is an excellent buy .

I've daily drove this thing for 3-4 years now and it looks brand new. I didn't have the highest hopes at the time of purchase but now half of the new people in the office have them.

+1 here for Been using this 5 times a week since 2019. Surprisingly durable and functional.

The only thing I had wrong was the Velcro wore out that goes over the laptop, but that's about it.

Have used this for about 5 years. Large enough to hold my 15.6" laptop, chargers, mouse, etc. and two changes of clothes. Perfect bag for me as I was going through school and has been my go to personal bag on all trips. Ol' trusty has literally been around the world with me. No tears or breakage anywhere yet, and I don't baby this thing unless my laptop is in it.

Not seeing it in any of the pictures, but there is a "hidden" zipper compartment on the straps-side at the bottom. It can't be opened and reached in without you knowing it when you've got this on, so it gave huge peace of mind in sketchy tourist areas.

Hard to go wrong picking one up at this price, so I'm in for another.

This is a great bag, but when I bought one ~3 years ago, I didn't realize that everyone on earth would have it. That definitely ups the risk of somebody accidentally taking your bag (and vice versa).
It's worth spending the extra ~$5 to get this in a color that isn't grey.
