This is the lowest price on this specific battery that I have ever seen.
Current list price is $406 but if you apply the 25% OFF code "HOSTWITHMOST" it drops to $ $304.49 +tx+fs
The app allows full charge view, cell-level view, and control of some parameters. This battery has a 200A BMS
Battery Size -12.8V
Chemical Composition - Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)
Maximum continuous charge - 160A
Charging Voltage - 14.6V
Maximum continuous discharge - 200A
Temperature Protection - Yes
Discharging Temperature - -4~131 ℉ / -20 ~55 ℃
Rated Capacity - 280Ah
Note: You may find batteries with similar claimed capacity at slightly lower cost, but to my knowledge, this is the only one with Bluetooth and low-temp cutoff. Many others also do not have 200a BMS but a 100a BMS, so cannot be safely discharged at higher rates.

On eBay and elsewhere, Ecoworthy frequently fools around with the list prices so that the eventual discounted price comes in at what they really sell it for. I'll update the post

This is a refurb. They also have a server rack version.

Is there any other better option?

I would get a victron mppt charge controller for that price. Like this one: https://a.co/d/1kx4hYm
Victron is a well known brand and can do what you want. Keep in mind that your 12v solar panels are not 12v. They are probably on the order of like 14-16v under load. The spec sheet, or the label on the panel will tell you exactly what they are rated for.
Do ALL the research you can before building any system. Electricity is no joke, even things that are "low voltage"
