I did pick up a few on a similar Amazon deal on the PL14610 version (Honda). They arrived a couple days ago and were the older made in USA ones, so there's that. Might just be clearing out old stock.
And to be clear, I'm not crapping on where they originate or anything like that. Just some awareness to decide if its worth the gamble to you and if you do end up with the newer ones, to thoroughly check them before using rather than blindly throwing them on.

The pressure drop across most new filters at 75% flow is approximately 4-5 psi (nominal operating temperature). No need to pay more for expensive filters since filtration efficiency improves with use. Change filter every 5000 to 6000 miles to keep pressure drop to a minimum (optimize mass flow rate).
