For some reason that link didn't work, I got an item not found error. I found it manually. When I clicked the link again to see what the problem was it worked. Weird.

DTO updated their website a few months ago and it's been a little wonky ever since. Most of the time simply refreshing or going to the home page fixes things.

Apparently LSA is only available when purchased from Home Depot. This is at the bottom of the site under Warranty Program.

The RIDGID® Lifetime Service Agreement is only
available for eligible RIDGID tools purchased at THE HOME
DEPOT.

Apparently you've never heard of DTO. LSA is valid for new and blemished tools from DTO. It even states as much when you register it.
