It's true, these cables are obsolete now so they have to get rid of them

That being said they are good cables, when I used them they never failed.

Would they charge an iPhone 13 Pro Max at max charging speed or are they too slow?

I have a power bank that has usb-C and usb-A and I need both type of cables.

You need a PD cable for that. This is slower.

This cable will max out at 12W. Not the highest that 13 pro max can use, that is 27W (correct me if I am wrong). While it is not the fastest, it will be still decent.
