Yeah, this is high for a 5080, but head over to pcpartpicker and show us what you can get with a 5090 for $2700.

Crazy are the days when 50-60% of your PC worth is a GPU and the rest are multiple different parts.

At $2699, it is the same MSRP from PowerSpec directly. https://powerspec.com/product/689589

5090 is $2,000, so there would only be $700 leftover for everything else? I doubt you could find a prebuilt 5090 desktop for under $3,000 and even that would mean they probably skipped on something.

Yea this is over priced. You can find 5080s for 999 often nowadays. Paying around her 1600 for the rest is crazy. U less you have money and can afford to waste it of course

Stop spreading misinformation for the sake of posting. The cheapest 5090 available is ~$2500.

I'm not saying this is a deal, FWIW, but I would argue that the price is far from "crazy". I present the math:
9950X3D ($650), motherboard ($290), and G.Skill S5 RAM that this appears to come with ($212) are ~$1,150 by themselves. This appears to have a ZOTAC GAMING AMP Extreme INFINITY which is $1,200 at Newegg right now, so $2,350 thus far.
I'd argue that a case, PSU, 2TB NVMe, AIO CPU cooler, W11 Pro, keyboard, mouse, assembly and 1-year warranty are probably worth the remaining $350.

I would say neither of you are correct.
Microcenter has been dropping $1999 5090s every 2-3 days, I got my ASUS TUF last week, and passed on a Gigabyte that also popped at $1999.
There are regularly $299 deals for 7700X + B650. Find the B650 open box and you can get the combo down to ~$260.
A few smoking 32GB RAM deals for $50-$80 these past two weeks. About $60 for a 1TB SSD.
Call it $100 for a PSU (not the best, obviously), and $140 for a case suitable for a 5090.
Now you're around $2700 (same as this deal) with a bit of luck and/or repurposing old components. Still need Windows of course!

I think there's just a small number of people who don't realize that this is a fairly solid deal for this build. The motherboard is on sale, but usually runs around $300 as well. If this has a platinum PSU in it, then even better and this build would be about on par with building yourself, except this is done for you and comes with a Windows Pro license for those that care.

Not sure how anything you just said translates to me being incorrect, but sounds good.

Not going to comment on the specs of the PC, but want to comment on the case. I have this case and it is the worst case I ever bought. I got it because my little one absolutely loves the colors and I went all out - like the pictures in this offer - on RGB with this build. I felt the two sided glass case would allow them to be more visible, and they are...but the glass corner never closes.

The two sheets of glass are held on by some double sided tape stuck to a metal bracket at one side. This has very little strength, so it sags. It would have been much better to have two holes drilled into the glass through the bracket to hold it stable. They sag constantly. The large side panel is, of course, the worst as the glass is fairly heavy. I've upgraded the adhesive to some gorilla glue and I've also applied some heavy duty tape over the hinges. Even with all of that, I have to have tape hanging down from the top, at the glass/glass intersection, to keep the case closed. And of course, keeping the case closed is important to keep your dust levels down.

Looks great, works as well as a solar powered flashlight.

Because the cheapest 5090 is regularly available for $1999 (not $2500), including online if you're quick.
