Tried this earlier. Not suitable for large lawns. Medium lawns you can get away with. For small lawns, this will be great at this price point. The power banks feature is a plus.

This thread title reminds me of the old joke about the guy who couldn't sell his boat and ended up giving it away, only to see the benefactor immediately sell it by advertising "boat trailer -- $1500. Includes free boat!"

I have the 18" version of this, I think what's being advertised with 2500 sqft is appropriate, maybe can do twice that with extra batteries but yeah you're not going to want to be doing huge swaths of grass with this. The one I have has been the best mower for mulching, it actually mulches big pine cones and all the pine needles that end up in my yard, which is fantastic.
That said, I like the Litheli U20 batteries, I think they have the best system going on across all the battery tools. It's too bad there's not more tools in their lineup but the ones they do have like their snow blower and snow shovel are good. I got their 40v chainsaw the other day for $30 and that was pretty good too.
If anyone knows of any good adapters for the u20 batteries I'd really like that - not long ago and possibly still even today, if you went to litheli direct you were able to get their 4ah batteries for $13 each so I stocked up, mainly for the tools I mentioned earlier, but if they could be adapted to other tools like Ryobi that'd be awesome

Also, these charge via USB C - they do make a special fast charger for these too but I like how I can just use USB c and not have extra chargers around. I can charge as many as I want with whatever chargers I already have

Seems like a pretty good deal for folks in subdivisions with smaller yards who aren't already invested in a battery electric tool system or don't want to buy that system's offering due to cost.

Assuming this is the right size and capacity for your situation, you won't regret going battery electric. They're better in almost every way (again, assuming what you're buying matches what you need).

And, per the product images, you can go for a hike in the woods and easily take it with you, which is cool.

My first dip into electric. I have a self propelled gas Honda beast that is so heavy. It's been flawless, but this looks neat to start earlier and not worry about waking the neighbors. edit - I cancelled after looking at reviews and considering the 16 inch deck. that's a lot of passes compared to my Honda.

You are wasting your money if you are expecting anything useful for $70.
