This is a great deal, thanks OP. Not sure why it got a thumbs down.
Trolls thumb down so it doesn't get upvotes to trigger a notification for people who have alerts set up. An old SD "trick" some trolls and resellers use.
This is a good deal. I have had this model for about 4 years, leaving it outside on a covered patio. It's great. Definitely a learning curve, but with it. Also great for cooking so much more than just pizza.
You will really want the gas burner to go with it. Charcoal and wood sounds exciting, but the fire box is so small that it's a lot of maintenance to keep adding more. but, it is great to have the option to use either fuel.
Make sure you get a turning peel
The 12" is fine, but the 16" is what I would want for my next one. More room to maneuver around.

If you don't already make pizzas this is probably fine to start on I think. I make NY style in my oven with a pizza steel and a 12 inch pizza is a good size to work in, it's harder to stretch out fermented or wetter doughs that I tend to ise because they taste better beyond 12 inches anyway, and I've made pizzas for a crowd before. They assemble quick and you can top the second pizza while the first one is cooking and just keep pumping them out until you have enough pizza. Just some food for thought since this is a pretty good deal.
