I'm upgrading from a Kona 12, which I got during covid. On FB marketplace it will go.

Love my koda 16, the difference in quality and flexibility with the bigger oven is well worth it.

I would do the same if I used it more. Mine might just go on FB without a replacement

"Gas powered" doesn't sound right. I think could just say "gas pizza oven" and it would make sense. Unless this thing can be driven??

I know the brand its good quality and all but, just couldn't convince my self pulling the trigger at this price either. Isn't it a bit too expensive for what it is?

I agree - it's price point even on a big sale is a bit high . I love pizza , but for how often I could use this given weather in my region and schedules. It'd have to be Half this to even consider it. They're all over FB marketplace for a reason. People just don't make pizza enough to justify refilling LP tanks, grabbing all the ingredients , and weather permitting .

Definitely not a price mistake, they released a second generaton so its reasonable for these to be on sale.

I've realized a lot of people have big dreams for this, use it once and realize they don't know how to get the pizza not stick to the peel and don't bother after that. I've actually gotten 3 in the past few years for between $125-250 in brand new condition. I'm just not a huge fan of Neapolitan pizza(kept thinking I would give it another try for the price) and prefer a pizza steel in an oven all day. Much better flavor IMO

I've found these make good NYs if you heat to 3/4 max temp and kill the burner for the first ~5 minutes of cooking.

I use mine all the time. I paid $60 for a 55lb bag of 0000 flour enough to make like 200 pizza's. Pizza's around me are almost $20 each. I love mine.
