Jokes aside, don't go too heavy on a mace bell. It is really hard to build up to swings if you cannot do them to begin with. 5 pounds is a huge jump from weight to weight.
IMO macebells are the gold standard for minimalist approach to true functional strength, balance, and coordination.
P.S. This will show up scratched by Amazon / UPS...deal with it or spend 5x more at a local B&M fitness supplier. Matte spray paint works wonders if you are worried about impressing people on the 'gram
