My specific filter wasn't discounted on Amazon but AAP did have it on sale

Tech is their budget oriented brand, it's just a filter. Which is fine in most cases. One is their "premium" brand which allegedly offers better filter media and such. If you frequently drive in adverse dusty conditions, that is the use case, otherwise just buy the best priced name brand filter. That's my 0.02

must be unusual sizes. I cant find any that fit a 2020 Mazda Cx9, a 2017 Nissan Rogue, or a 2013 Subaru Impreza. Amazon or AAP.
