This energy drink sucks if you like the bitterness you get with OG energy drinks. I've tried two flavors and they just taste like soda equivalents. For example, the orange flavor just tastes like a slightly worse Sunkist.

As far as the energy goes, you get a little more caffeine but the other "energy" ingredients don't really have any effect.

The canned drinks have lesser and different ingredients than the powder pre workout. But these are still more expensive per serving.
