I purchased the Costco version last month for $160 that I just installed yesterday. I wish I could post the pictures on SD. Costco one comes with the plugin cable attached to the adapter. I replaced the Badger 5 model with this one. Due to similar dimensions I didn't need to cut any PVC drain pipes. However, I removed the entire thing including the O-ring, latch and rubber stopper. Once that was removed, I removed the old dried putty with my fingers and used a damped microfiber cloth to wipe. The new one came with much better rubber stopper which seems to dampen the noise as well.
Installation was much easier than I expected. I did not need to use plumber's putty because it came with a rubber seal. I followed the installation instructions from their manual, and it turned out to be perfect. No leaks or PVC cutouts at the end.
YMMV if you replace another brand with Insinkerator.

Perfect timing as my insinkerator pro 333 just died after 18 yrs. This should be a simple plug and play since it has the same dimensions. nice find

Does this mean I can replace a badger 5 with this without much hassle? I still see the badger 5 models out there so thought the "evolution" was different enough and may be not compatible with badger 5 setup in some way.

Great price for this unit. If there's no cord it's a pro version but you can get one easy. The cord should just be a plug
