Business Causal. These are derby shoes vs proper oxfords which are more formal. The plus side is that a $20 work shoe at Costco is a sure fire way to match half the other middle aged men at the office 👌

With that being said, I would not suggest wearing these for a wedding where the dress code is a tuxedo. Tuxedos are traditionally worn with all-black leather shoes, with all-black oxfords being a safe choice. These shoes, with their white soles and brown lining, will stand in stark contrast to the rest of your outfit and will likely look mismatched with your tuxedo (and everyone else's tuxedos if they're all wearing all-black shoes). You could wear them if you wanted to stand out and make a fashion statement, but I would get approval from the wedding party first. Personally, I'd play it safe with a pair of all-black oxfords.
