my cat prefers the pate but can't pass up this price, these cans were around 50cents before covid inflation

Same here, except our indoor kitties know the sound of opening those cans and they are johnny-on-the-spot to help themselves while I'm dishing it and before it gets taken out to the patio cat family. Even without coupon, at $19 you're saving around $10/box over prices elsewhere (Walmart, Sams Club).
