Outside of that issue it worked great for both rugs and floors. I would not spend over $500 on any of these though when you can get a Yeedi with extended roller mop for $600 or less though...

Original Q Revo has an issue with contacts and charging due to damage to the contact surface. I luckily had a long term extended warranty so got my money back after the repair center failed to fix it and also lost my ramp to the docking station. Took many many phone calls and compliants but got it.
Outside of that issue it worked great for both rugs and floors. I would not spend over $500 on any of these though when you can get a Yeedi with extended roller mop for $600 or less though...
The warranty is provided by Asurion, so it will vary if your provider is not Asurion. Filing the claim was easy and yes they provided me a return label both ways. The problems started after they returned the product, I didnt get a form stating what repairs were done, the unit looked like it had some tests on it but nothing else. The charging contacts still had the spark damage on them.... Then when I went to put the dock together (cause I sent them the vac and the whole dock) they didnt include the ramp thats required. It then took me 4 days of calling each day and forcing them to pay up, so yeah not a care free experience. The warranty center took 3+ days to return a phone call to Asurion reps and then lied saying I only sent in the robot and not the dock, which I showed quickly how thats impossible and they clearly saw who was lying. So one thing to do for sure DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, including what you are sending in.
Still says that its suppossed to be delivered tomorrow though
