I have this exact set and use them daily. Keep them plugged into random ports on my portable USB C hub / dock, so they don't get lost. That why I can use it for about anything imaginable from docking / charging my laptop or Steam Deck or just when I need extra ports or an SD card on my desktop.

Hack I learned recently:
If you have a device with a USBC port that supports charging but does not support power delivery (usually some cheap doodad) and all you have is a USBC port with power delivery, attach one of these to a USBA to C cable to make it C on both sides and it'll charge at the standard 5v.

One direction is USB 2.0 speed and the other is 3.0 speed.
