I bought an earlier model about 3 years ago. It's been great...as is their support. Highly recoimmended. My breakfast is a Costco all butter cruoissant, convection baked at 275 for 9 minutes...wonderfully crispy crunchy every time. Also air fries a sliced up potato into fries just fine.

Models like this have a gap between the doors due to design which mean hot air and smoke can get pushed through.

A single door with good seal would be better. If they designed it with a plate in back of one of the door it would cover the gap
