The website is messed up. It's no longer applying the Bundles even though in the offer's it says it's valid til 10/26. Site seems to have issues quite a bit. Heck it was still saying estimated shipping to be 10/24 the other day. and now showing 10/29. Yet my order from October 8th said October 14th. And even though their courier LX Pantos has the TV. Earliest I was able to select from them was November 3rd. Even though I had selected October 14th when I had placed the order on the LG Partner Store. It's ridiculious that it's going to take almost a month. And it's not even Backordered. So far only received the damn Speaker. the Soundbar is Backordered as well. so who know when that will ship either. And calling all the different phone numbers hasn't been any help. And neither has their Presidential Liason. They contacted me only once since I filled out the form on the website. And have yet to reply back to any of my text. Though they told me that I would be able to keep in contact with them through text. Their Customer Service and Support has been really awful with this issue.

That code was only valid til the 19th. "Now save an extra 10% with code EXTRA10. Valid through 10/26/25." according to the site. But it's currently not bundling the soundbar or speaker like it should.

Sorry it has been such a pain for you.

I ordered on Friday the 17th. Received confirmation from LX Pantos the TV will be delivered on the 24th. The stand has shipped (with tracking) and now just waiting on the soundbar and speaker.

I am not in such a rush as this is for my basement that is in the process of being finished.

I never got a confirmation. Just a text. And it even said your order has been requested for delivery on 10/14. Click the following link to track your order or change delivery. But doing so didn't show a delivery date. and only gave me option to change date to November 3rd at the earliest. All of October was greyed out. And multiple phone calls to them at 844-740-3966 hasn't helped at all. Yet it kept showing available for earlier delivery still on the LG website for new orders, 3 days ago. I even tried this https://www.lg.com/us/support/con...-president didn't help.

It's likely regional. My order was set for tomorrow, but was moved to Saturday by delivery company, but that's still only a week and a half after order. Not bad

Last person I spoke to on the phone offered $75 back and 1 year extended warranty for the delay. They said I'd have to sign something for the $75 back via a link they texted me. And have to call back after the TV gets delivered to get the warranty. The last contact I received was on October 21st via text message from 256-888-9977. But they sent me an image that wasn't even my order. Then sent another message saying to disregard it. I texted back but never received a reply back. Yet now the website page for the Soundbar says out of stock with a notify me notice. Which is BS. They should of shipped out the ones already ordered. Instead of having it back up for order last week.

Their Customer Support is a joke. Just called again because the Soundbar is showing as available to order with Delivery date of 10/29. Yet I still haven't received mine when I ordered way back on 10/8. All their Customer Support can do is apologize. And say that it's on Backorder. Even though the website says otherwise. When I explain this to them. All I get is them repeating it's showing on Backorder. And then again they apologize. But can't actually do anything about it. They suggested I cancel the order. Which I'm not going to do. It's been nothing but issues. The only thing that was delivered fast was the Speaker. Which arrived 1 day (10/10) after it said it would (10/9). And even with that the Tracking only showed up after it was already delivered. Yesterday I was able to reschedule the TV delivery for 10/28. When initially ever since 10/15 I have only been able to pick 11/3 at the earliest. Even though the TV was suppose to arrive 10/14. We shall see if the TV even get's delivered tomorrow.

Finally got my TV. Delivered on 10/28. But still no word on my Soundbar. Even though I've received text from LG. Saying item I was looking at is back in stock. 1 text for the Soundbar. And then another for the TV.
