Just because the cost is cheap, don't think it is not good. From my experience these are reliable great coolers. Much better than stock coolers that ship with Intel or AMD.

Totally. These are in tens of millions of PCs and work fantastic. You can't go wrong for $10 even if I didn't need it but bought it to set aside for a future build.

Probably worth around $10 just for a decent quality ARGB fan. (though yes, cheaper ones from Thermalright can be had for ~$12 / 3). Also, even though it's still called 'Hyper 212', they've had several different models* with almost the same name and similar design... I think I still have a 212 EVO stuck in the closet somewhere from a previous SD years ago.

*Hyper 212, Hyper 212 Plus, Hyper 212 Pro, Hyper 212 EVO, Hyper 212 EVO v2, Hyper 212 Spectrum, Hyper 212 RGB, Hyper 212 Halo, Hyper 212 Black, Hyper 212 Black X Duo,, etc., etc.

I'm interested in this one more because it's supposedly a more compact design (for a mATX case), plus the white finish.


AND... OOS from Amazon. Anyone in houston area want to split a 6 pack from B&H? Actually, looks like ~$6 shipping for two or $6.50 for three, so not too terrible.
Black model still available from B&H, but as special delivery with 1-2 week wait time.

Looks like already sold out on Amazon. I have one of these currently in my main build and it works great. Didn't need another one atm but sure would have liked to pick up a spare at this price. Maybe next time.
