Also, my issue was not "highly technical" I do not think of myself as being tech savy but I still figured it out myself. I would think low level support agents would be able to figure this shit out.

you tinkered with your phone by changing the settings before, and you expect these low-level agents to fix your shit?
they're not gonna know how to do this for 100s of different phones with different versions and custom flavors. they're not gonna know why visible and/or your phone company hid that menu. they're low-level agents!
do you know to disable 5g for the pixel 9? i have to dial a weird 10-digit code with *# and select some weirdly named options. do you expect these agents to know that highly technical stuff?
