I just created a new account and signed up for the $26.00 plan using my primary phone number. Can I sign up for a 2nd number on the account for the $19.00 per month plan. If so, what do I need to do?

I think they have something in their terms about the hotspot not being used as primary home Internet. My mom is on the basic plan and uses 20 to 40 GB a month for well over a year with no issues.
