Visible's cheapest plan is a low-cost way to get Verizon network service, unlimited data, and hotspot, with the higher tiers adding faster priority data and watch support. The strongest upside is value, especially for Fios customers who can cut the bill further, and several reports say setup and porting can be quick. The main cautions are area dependent performance, with some congested spots, airports, and older phones causing slow speeds or dropped calls, and the $19 plan is often described as capped around 5 Mbps with 480p video. It is a flexible, no contract option if your local coverage is solid.

Xfinity Mobile IS VERIZON PLUS their hotspots BUT YOU GET THROTTLED IN HIGH TRAFFIC
Xfinity Mobile primarily uses
Verizon's cellular network for its 5G and 4G LTE coverage, providing similar wide-reaching service, but also heavily relies on Comcast's extensive network of Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots to offload data and improve service, especially for existing internet customers. This setup allows Xfinity to offer competitive pricing, though Xfinity users may experience data deprioritization (slower speeds during network congestion) compared to direct Verizon customers.
I also noticed a large downgrade in speed but really, I did not have a downgrade in usability. Was getting 200MB/s where I live under T-mobile and I now get about 30MB/s with Visible... but again, my life has not changed.
I also went to Mexico, and the highest level plan included 2GB of high speed internet a day... got faster service in Mexico then I do where I live... lol. With Mint I needed to spend extra to use the phone in Mexico, you need to purchase a Minternational Pass for data and calls.
And my line is the one that is associated to the $15.00 fios discount so I am now STUCK. Yes... that pisses me off like no other, need to do the math and see if it is worth staying or is it worth getting Mint for half price for a year.
We switched to US Mobile. They give you the same top priority as a true Verizon customer with their Verizon service option. Happy ever since. Good deals happen with them, too. I'd suggest you search and put in a deal alert on SD.

I'm granting there'll be some variability within each provider based on location.
With Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plans:
You can roam without paying extra in:
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
Canada
Mexico
Global Pass – International roaming in 140+ countries
Visible offers a paid feature called Global Pass that gives you:
Unlimited talk & text
2 GB of high‑speed data per day (then slower speeds)
…in over 140 countries — including many in the Caribbean.
How it works:
You activate it via the Visible app
It costs about $10/day (price varies by plan and included days)
Some plans include a few Global Pass days free each month
If not used, you can bank unused days up to a limit.
Countries and territories in the Caribbean covered by Global Pass include (but aren't limited to):
Anguilla
Antigua & Barbuda
Aruba
Bahamas
Barbados
Cayman Islands
Dominica
Dominican Republic
Grenada
Guadeloupe
Haiti
Jamaica
Martinique
Montserrat
St. Kitts & Nevis
St. Lucia
St. Maarten / St. Martin
St. Vincent & the Grenadines
Trinidad & Tobago
Turks & Caicos Islands
…and more.
BUT you need to find out how many days you banked. I you buy a year plan upfront you have access to those days immediately.
Just got back from Mexico and Visible worked perfectly and I still have my global pass days left for the next vacation.
You might want to secure a new line on Visible first in case the switch26 expires. it was supposed to end on 1/6/26 but they seem to have extended it.
Don't forget to refer yourself for $20 credit on the new line and existing.

I get about 200 mbs down on bottom and about 800 mbs down on mid tier.
upload is about 50 mbs on both.
This is in burbs of NYC.
You get quite a bit of value including:
- Unlimited Priority Data
- Unlimited Talk & Text
- Unlimited Hotspot
- 20 GB International Data
- International Calling & Texting
- Free Network Transfers between Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
I've been with US Mobile for a year, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
