Unless it's changed recently the speeds are capped at 5 (basic) / 10 (plus) /15 (plus pro) Mbps for the three plans. But it's unlimited at those speeds, they don't slow you down after x GB of hotspot usage.

we had lousy phone and internet reception except on WiFi or outdoors. Be aware of the lack of people to do customer service, it is all bots unless THEY deem it necessary. I left them for US Mobile and it is cheaper and I'm well connected.

I strongly recommend you test their services before you go full year plan. Visible have basically no data in my area due to overwhelming busy Verizon tower

US Mobile is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that provides service on the major U.S. carrier networks, allowing customers to choose between Verizon (Warp 5G), T-Mobile (Light Speed), and AT&T (Dark Star) for their cellular service. So which one did you choose?


I have Visible's best service and I have no issues with anything. And if you had a lousy phone... why are you blaming Visible?

Love visible. What they forgot to mention is with the pro plus plan, you get 24 days a years of international free roaming. However, I don't know if that's with the monthly or just with the yearly plan (I pay yearly).

I wish. Isabel would just pass the savings on to current members also. We have had them for two plus years now and have been happy with their service. Their customer service is a bit tricky though as you can't call them and it's only by their online site. But the plans work well. Service is great because it's still Verizon and no contracts.
