The cheap ones have problems. One annoyance is they usually aren't usb 3 compliant, they just have a usb c port, so you have to use a usb 2 to c plug. More importantly the optics are bad so it is hard to see what you are doing. So regardless you be able to remove the larger stuff, but it will be really hard to remove unattached lone hairs that are annoying or small pieces of hard wax. Q-tip fuzz is only really problematic if it builds up into white clumps, which takes a long while. Getting a hair out that is annoying you feels great! nod

Bought a similar one from Amazon and one of the nibs broke off in my daughters ear. I wouldn't recommend it. Bought an ear irrigation kit instead and it's been solid.

Used another similar tool to remove a giant ball of wax from one of my ears that debrox couldn't handle after 5-10+ applications. Really recommend learning/practice how to use ear picks first before going in deeper. Then it's about how to position the camera cause it can be hard to see. I can hear more clearly and didn't pierce my ear drum.

I have this same brand, different model that I bought I think last year for under 5 bucks. Been like a mad scientist on these patients of mines. Not really patients just ppl. You'll be amaze and disgusted how dirty one ears can be. Works really good. Bluetooth connection was fast and vid quality is good. Forgot to mention the light is great but can get warm to hot really fast. You might have to take the silicon tip off to scoop/pick up the waxes fairly better but don't pick it. Work around the edges like a scoop. Ears are sensitive.
