Looked at prior posts from previous sale and people saying they had to charge them once a week or more often for under cabinet use. That's too often. For me to be interested these would need to last a month at a minimum.

I like these 14.5" with 4000 mAh battery [and remote control]. Bought two sets already so I can swap one in/out while charging one.

I bought a set for our kitchen. Husband complained that while he fixed his coffee he was unable to keep the light on. And charging it also too often.
Went back to using the under counter battery operated light. It's only on when needed - you turn it on and off - no motion detection. For us much better.

I can confirm disappointment with these. They are nice and give enough lighting when on but they do use the battery too quickly for an LED light and have to be charged within a few days. We use the motion setting on ours.

That's why I like the 14.5" pair (above), it has a remote with timer setting for 5/15/30/45/60 minutes. I wouldn't rely on a motion sensor alone for the reason you've discovered. It's fine for lighting the stairs or directly over the sink but otherwise the remote is invaluable.

just installed GE Cync. I like having an app to control the color and brightness. I like linking all my lights on one controller... my phone... so when I change the color they all change. This looks like a headache... changing each one manually...
If this offered what GE Cync offered... I would be all over this.

if you want to go cheaper you get a "no big name" LED Strip like from btf lightning, a zigbee controller and set it up yourself.
