Not trying to be a d**k, but you read the article on lead, now this is the newest 'thing' to worry about. Live a little. If you drink enough protein to kill you from lead poisoning, you may have some other issues that need addressing.

From what I saw, they only tested Dymatize's Mass Gainer product, this is ISO100. The Mass Gainer tested low enough in lead to limit at 4 servings a day.

Considering we all probably aim to do that would be cooler if we got things like price per gram of protein or protein per serving in the title since a bit of powders weight are just filler. I'll start sharing when I do the math.. Which won't be now cause I'm too sleepy to do math; as i type this in the search bar.

Fruity pebbles is 2 for 133. Tempted to pull the trigger. I miss that flavor. I recently bought regular non-isolate cookies and cream and it isn't the greatest.

Edit- purchased. Last time I bought the fruity pebble deal which gave me 3 tubs it was 58 a tub. This current deal is 63 a tub. I think it's a good deal

They did a crap job in their product selection, but the Dymatize one they did chose did better than all the others.

That's a really solid deal for Isolate. I think I paid 95 for 11lb of Myprotein isolate last year on ultra mega clearance. Given prices keep rising this is a pretty good deal

Update: In for 2 vanilla. Also forgot I hadn't used the Amex 30% off of you use rewards dollars deal and I don't buy much from Amazon so this was perfect timing. https://slickdeals.net/f/17667057-amazon-get-30-off-when-using-amex-reward-max-discount-of-30-ymmv

Thanks for the deal tip!

From what I recall, CR didn't account for the fact that most of the lead you consume passes through your body unabsorbed. It varies by person, but you only absorb like 30%.

It seemed like much ado about nothing for most of the products.

Pretty good deal. I went with vanilla because it tastes good with everything, like frozen berries, etc.

It also didn't mention that a serving of most fruits and vegetables contain as much, if not more, than a serving of any protein powder.

The Arnold's Pump Club write-up linked above does a great job of actually educating the consumer on this topic.
