More like a prevention. The hospital gave me a couple cans before I went home with my newborn.

For diaper rash, or any kind of skin rash, use destin cream.

I used tjhe aquaphor healing ointment a while back and this was a while back due to my cracked hands from overwashing hands with soap so I had lot of cuts. This is what it is meant for right? So you can wear it all day and even night with it? But you should wear cotton gloves at night since it will get sticky on your bed?

One issue I have with this is it's very sticky so putting it in the day and using a laptop, well it would make my keys stick. The same with touching anything. Does anyone here have this issue with this? I assume I used too much? The thing is there will always be a bit of stickyness right? It felt like it never dries either. Is it suppose to eventually absorb? I would then wash it off hours later and well the stickyness is still there.

How does this compare to working hands cream? I actually bought working hands cream but haven't used it. It isn't as sticky as aquaphor but does the same thing right? Main thing is for cracked hands due to overwashing with water and soap and you get those cuts. The other thing I use is cetaphil moisturizing lotion when my hands get cracked but is that safe to use if you have open cuts from overwashing hands? The reason I like cetaphil moisturizing lotion is eventually it will absorb and anything you touch, well it isn't going to be sticky like aquaphor.
